Bookings:
This website is open for our registered travel partner; for anything you are interested in, please get in touch with your local travel agents or travel wholesaler to purchase our products. For best selection and availability, it is recommended tours be booked as far in advance as possible.
Currency:
The prices showing on the website we quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Deposit/final payment policies:
A refundable deposit of $100 per booking is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. And this amount will deduct from your balance.
The final payment required in 30 days before the tour departure.
If a reservation is made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. All final payments are preferred to be made by direct bank deposit, bank wire transfer and by company cheque. There is a charge of 3% of the processing fee to final payments made by credit.
Some tours will require a deposit, or the final payment policy is different.
Example: Cruise tour, Nature or Eco-tour, Rocky Mountaineer train, VIA Rail, ski vacations or other third-party service providers have separate policies over and above our standard requirements. These will be passed on to you and discussed with you at the time of your initial booking.
Changes to reservations
If you wish to change your reservation within 30 days of departure, we will do our utmost to satisfy your request.
The surcharge will apply if the demand for upgrades.
Separate supplier change fees may apply depending on the arrangements booked.
Those fees will be passed on to the final invoice.
Cancellations, refunds and transfers

Travel Insurance
CAL Elite Travel STRONGLY RECOMMENDS adequate travel and medical insurance to any destinations you will travel.
The insurance can be cover penalties of the event cancellation or change their travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances. Also provide medical and emergency assistance protection during travel, as well as loss and delay coverage.
If you do not carry travel insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are your responsibility.
Visas/passports
Holding valid travel documents is the responsibility of the traveller.
A passport valid for six months beyond the travel date is required to entry into Canada.
Visa-exempt foreign nationals request an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to or transit through Canada.

Tour Documentation
Travel vouchers, tickets, itinerary details will be provided as part of our final
tour documentation. its documentation can be sent electronically. Please note that the travel vouchers are equivalent to value cash; it also requests to present to the vendor for exchange attractions visit or lodging; lost vouchers will require a $50.00 processing fee to reissue.
Responsibilities
CAL Elite Travel acts only as an agent for the owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodation or other services. It is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury, delay or accident due to an act of default of any company engaged in providing service included in these packages.
The right is reserved to decline or accept any person requesting a travel package or to refuse to retain a member of a group or individual travel program. Scheduled changes may occur. CAL Elite Travel management reserves the right to make any adjustments in plans which may be necessitated due to situations not under our control.
