Booking -Is there a charge for small groups (under ten participants)?

We pride and specialist on providing “a small-group experience.”

If you have a group size of fewer than ten and request private departure, we will offer a “small-group surcharge” to ensure that the tour runs as scheduled. This fee will cover the costs associated with handling a smaller group.

Booking -What is the minimum / maximum number of passengers for a tour package?

Normally, we require a minimum of two passengers. However, there is no limit to the number of passengers, depending on the adventure you are on. On each tour page, you will see the number of passengers per trip.

Booking -What payment methods do we accept? Payment or Billing.

  • Direct Banking deposit
  • Wire transfer
  • Official Credit Card
  • Direct Billing (only if Billing Account approved): Payment by the Client has required full payment is due fourteen (14) days from date of receipt of an invoice. If the Client is approved for credit billing privileges, A security deposit or a rolling deposit may be required as outlined in the Client’s credit approval.
  • Must a company credit card be provided at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due 14 days before each booking starting date, either by charging a credit card or by bank transfer.

Booking -Can I get a refund?

All booking options have different specifications upon booking. Please make sure to double check. Contact our team at booking.

Booking -What is a custom tour? Is a custom tour suitable for my clients?

Custom tours are personalized to your needs! You can customize the travel itineraries to your wish, as the would-be exclusive planning service! This planning style is available for families and keen travellers; you can tell us your clients’ requests. You may choose every detail like the accommodation level you rest in or provide us with some parameters to work within, and we will try to arrange services that fit your client’s dream holiday!

Booking -How long will it take for my booking to be confirmed?

Booking confirmations will be provided within 48-72 hours of request, except on weekends or public holidays. A response can be expected on the next business day after a holiday.

Booking -What currency are the tours quoted in?

The currency used in CAD for Canadian products; and the rest of the destinations will indicate US dollars, If these two currencies are not used in your country, please check with your bank for exchange rate conversion.

Travelling -Is tipping included, and if not, how much should I suggest to my clients?

Tips are not included in the cost of your tour. We suggest that you tip the guides based on their level of service that they provided for you on tour. Our guides can accept tips in CAD and USD. The recommended rate is usually around 12-15%.

Travelling -What documents do I need before I travel?

We recommend that all travelers check the visa requirement of your destination before you depart from your country. Some countries may take longer to process your visa application, so it is highly recommended that you apply as soon as possible. It is also important that you have a VALID passport (at least 6 months before the expiry date). Please note that travel insurance is COMPULSORY for all tours.

Travelling -Do you supply travel documentation?

Yes, documentation and vouchers will be included in the final itinerary. Normally, we will send a travel package to your first night at the hotel you have selected in Canada or can be picked up at our Vancouver International Airport (YVR) service desk. Packages can be sent to travellers’ preferred addresses, which may come at additional cost if outside of Canada or if you like to travel light; we can send all the documents electronically.

Travelling -Do you arrange regional and international flights with airport transfers?

Our tour packages exclude flight services; however, we can help you book flights that match the tour’s start and end dates. We can also arrange airport transfers to and from the hotel you choose to stay at. Examples of this would include shuttle service or private transfer service, all within a reasonable cost. For our guests arriving at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), our airport desk can arrange a greeting service as you request. Please contact us for more details.

Car Rental -Are there any requirements or restrictions for car rentals?

According to our rental car company partners policies:

Guests are required to be 25 years of age at time of rental, possess a valid driver’s license from any province, state or territory in Canada or USA.

  • For International traveler request valid “International Driving Permit” to process car rental. 
  • A valid credit card. 
  • Rental car fees vary on pick up or drop off location, surcharges and mileage you are using.
